Manager does not want to be there. I wanted to get the sides buzzed down one level after having my hair washed post cut. I said that the sides were too long and that I should have one with a 2 instead of a 3. She then told me that next time I get a haircut to ask for a 2.... even tho it would have taken her 2 minutes max to do this and not one person was there waiting. I just left because she made it seem like it was such a burden on here and I just wanted to get out of there. Was a bummer... but go to the one in Woodenville! they are super nice there and accomodating!

I was text. That i was ready. I walked in and waited 10 minutes Before someone came over and said they could not give a skin tight fade. In broken English. So i spoke Spanish and then was told they would not help me. Another stylist said i would have to wait another 30 minutes. Don't go here! Terrible service and terrible staff. Stay away

This location is horribly understaffed. The wait times are ridiculous and on top of that you are treated Rudely. The "walk-in" method does not work AT ALL at this location. You absolutely can not expect to get a hair cut without an appointment. Isn't that supposed to be one of the conveniences of this business? There were only 2 stylists working on a Monday evening at 6:00 and was told, rudely, there were 3 people signed in and we close at 7:00. When i asked if i should sign in or not, I was told hey, we are happy here and not to be like that. First , I wasn't asking harshly. It was implied they were too busy to do it. Now, as a business owner myself, if someone comes in and you're not closed, you take care them no matter how long it takes. And the customer should be treated courteously enough to make them want to come back. This isn't the first time here and I will never go back. For your own good, hire more people and treat your customer like they are the reason you're there! BTW.......I checked on-line and the wait times here are more than almost every other location. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!!!!!!
